Your privacy and security are a priority at Prisha Abdul.   Online shopping requires us to collect certain data from you in order to process your orders but we will never sell, rent or disclose your personal data to any other party except when mandated by law.

What information do we collect?

To process your orders, manage your account including resetting passwords if required, protect you against fraud and contact you if necessary, we need your name, address, e-mail address and phone number. We also collect the IP address of the computer you use to visit our site.

Once we receive it, your information is placed behind secure firewalls.  We also maintain security of physical access to our offices, warehouse facilities and files.

How do we use this information?

• To verify your order and shipment details 
• To help protect you against fraudulent transactions 
• To serve you better, through constant improvement of our website and product offerings, and to notify you of special offers

Who do we share the information with?

Nobody, ever, other than the appropriate legal authorities when we are required to do so.

We will also contact you by e-mail from time to time to manage your account, including purchases and returns, and to notify you of our promotional offers.  You always have the opportunity of "opting out."   Should you choose not to receive any further communication from us, please allow us the necessary administrative time to process your request.

You can change your e-mail preferences, or other personal details, at any time after signing in to your account.

Security

Shopping with Prisha Abdul is extremely secure.  In order to offer our customers the most secure payment system available on the Internet, we have elected to use the PayPal online payment gateway. You can pay either through your own easy-to-register PayPal account or use a major credit card or debit card to pay directly via the PayPal gateway.  In both cases, we never see your credit card or bank account details. This information is never transmitted to Prisha Abdul.  Click on the Secure Payment tab for more details.

The letters "https", rather than "http", in the URL address window at the top of your browser indicate that you are using a secure site.  A secure connection is also denoted by a locked padlock icon or solid key icon at the bottom of your browser window.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for refund or replacement subject to certain conditions. To return your purchase, please follow the procedure detailed under the "Delivery" tab.
