Eight models chosen for international ad campaign

Prisha Abdul’s 2010 Global Model Hunt is over – and eight applicants have made the cut.

To find new models for its upcoming international advertising and marketing campaign, Prisha Abdul, Singapore’s pioneering brand of stylish fashions for the modern Muslim woman, ran a global model search campaign during July.

“As a brand without borders, our fashions appeal to Muslim women of every race and nationality,” says brand founder Prisha Abdul. “We need models that represent the global Muslim sisterhood, and we are very happy with the models we have selected to be the Global Faces of Prisha Abdul.”

According to Prisha, the models were selected for their international looks, sense of style and professional attitude.  A different group of models will be used for each of their four seasonal collections. The first four to be featured are Sara Abdul, Daria Ostrowska, Farhana Amin and Dora Ortega.

“A big thank you to all the Muslimah who took part in our search for new models,” says Prisha. “It wasn’t possible to reply in person to all the applicants, but I want to congratulate them all – they are a group of self-confident, attractive sisters who know how to dress their best, the Islamic way.”
